1. Subscription Plans
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused days in the current billing cycle.
2. Credit Packs
Credit pack purchases are one-time transactions. Unused pack credits do not expire. Refunds for credit packs are available within 7 days of purchase if fewer than 10% of the credits have been used.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at support@melolab.ai with your account email and transaction details. Refund requests are reviewed within 3 business days.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Processing times depend on your payment provider.
5. Exceptions
Refunds are not available for credits that have been consumed to generate music. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that are deemed abusive or fraudulent.
