You create an original prompt and lyrics, generate eligible music while Plus or Pro is active, and publish within the current Terms.
Not cleared by MeloLabThird-party song, sample, or voice
MeloLab does not grant rights to third-party material. You still need the necessary permission for anything you upload, quote, sample, imitate, or reference.
Where do you plan to publish?
Commercial use can include many destinations. Each can add its own platform, client, distributor, or store requirements.
Client work & ads
Brand films, paid campaigns, product demos, agency deliveries, and in-store creative.
Video & podcasts
Monetized videos, YouTube channels, Shorts, podcasts, intros, outros, and social clips.
Games & digital products
In-game music, apps, interactive experiences, software, and downloadable content.
Platform and client rules may still apply.
Keep a simple release record
- Save the prompt, lyrics, and creation notes.
- Record the plan that was active when the music was generated.
- Keep proof of rights for uploaded material.
- Save the final export date and files.
