MeloLab provides AI-powered music generation tools that allow users to create, edit, and download music from text descriptions, lyrics, images, and audio inputs.
3. User Accounts
You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
4. Credits and Billing
The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits may be obtained through free allocations, subscription plans, or one-time purchases. Monthly subscription credits reset each billing cycle. Purchased pack credits do not expire.
5. Intellectual Property
Your rights in generated music depend on your plan, the feature used, and the inputs you provide. Free tier outputs are for personal use. Paid plans include commercial use rights for eligible generated music, while rights in uploaded or user-provided material remain your responsibility.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or violates the rights of others, including copyright and intellectual property rights.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. MeloLab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
